Where should we start if we barely use AI?

Yes. We connect to your existing software where suitable integrations or APIs are available, and coordinate with your team or agency on access, decisions and handover.
How do you handle our company data?
We agree how your data may be used before building. We choose appropriate tools, configure access and permissions, and keep human approval steps where your team needs them.
What can you deliver within three weeks?
A defined implementation project, such as one automated workflow, an internal assistant, a tool integration or a focused AI pilot. Larger transformation programmes are split into independently useful projects.
How do you know whether the AI works?

What happens after handover?

Who is behind ShopPilot?
ShopPilot consulting is led by Michal Krkoska and Lukáš Krajčík , two data scientists from ETH Zurich.
Michal built and launched Bloomreach Clarity . Lukáš was a founding engineer at PORTERS . Together, we built Adchestra MCP using agentic engineering and created ShopPilot’s AI ecommerce consultant . We also provide ecommerce consulting .
